Sozopol... one of the most popular beach resorts
The spot is preferred by people for its casual ambience and ancient atmosphere. We offer you a new off plan Apartment-hotel located in the attractive sea resort of Sozopol just about 30 km far from the city of Bourgas and the International Airport! It gets very busy during the summer. Good variety of restaurants, cafes, night clubs, cinemas, shops, etc. In general the prices are lower than the international resorts (Albena, Golden Sands, Sunny beach, etc.), but higher than the resorts of Kiten, Varna, etc. Sozopol can be compared to Nessebar. Everything is available here, but the most attractive thing is probably the old town with its interesting old-style wooden houses (some of them are national monuments).
Located 30 km south of Bourgas on a slender rocky peninsula, Sozopol is one of the oldest Bulgarian coastal towns. It is founded in 610 BC by Miletian Greeks. Today this charming place is a popular beach resort best known for its casual ambience, sandy beaches, and distinctive 19th-century stone and wooden houses, some 45 of which are national cultural monuments. While Sozopol is extremely busy during July and August, in the off-season it reverts back to a sleepy fishing village and is a favored stop of artists and writers. The small harbor is a good place to watch fishermen off-load their catches to waiting buyers from area restaurants.
The best beach area is at Dyuni, an upscale Austrian-designed resort village complex, 6 km south of Sozopol. Past Dyuni, the coast road passes by the Arkutino swamp, a 62 hectare area of floating water lilies, irises and creeping liana vines. A few kilometers further south is the Ropotamo river nature reserve. There is a biosphere reserve, camping sites, very near is the famous Zmiiski Island (of the Snakes).
From Sofia there are many bus companies offering regular comfortable coaches to Sozopol.
The plot is situated close to Saint Marina - Sozopol, only 30 km south of the city of Bourgas and the international airport. There is а nice pine forest nearby. Communications are easy to access and the view is wonderful.
The project is made as apart-hotel, with restricted access for external visitors and 24 h security. The building is only 50 m from the beach.
The interior and the exterior look of the building, and the area around are planned in “early Byzantine Basilica" style, from where comes and the name of the complex. The project has 24 apartments, parking lots, a foyer with reception desk, lobby bar and restaurant, shops, hammam, fitnes center and and inside swimming pool.
The building consists of a ground floor, two regular floors and a mansard floor.
On the ground floor are situated the reception desk, the lobby bar and the restaurant, shops. The hammam (Turkish bath) is in original Oriental style with high ceiling, for better air-circulation.
On the other 3 floors are situated 20 apartments with total area of roughly 80 sq.m. On every floor there are house-keeping offices.
